The following agreement is between Alice M Beckett hereafter referred to as "Breeder" and ________________, hereafter referred to as the "Purchaser"/
In consideration of a purchase price of __________________dollars ($ ), the breeder transfers in fee simple rights, privileges and responsibilities associated with the ownership of the (Male / Female) of the breed as specified in the following, to purchase as of the date specified below. Purchases has the right to return the puppy to the breeder during the first 7days from the date of signature of this agreement for a refund in the amount of the purchase price, for any congenital or chronic medical condition certified by a licensed veterinarian and the breeders veterinarian. Any transportation cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Breeder will remain as co-owner on this puppy until such time as it is spayed/ neutered by a licensed Veterinarian. Upon presentation by the purchaser of a Certificate of Spay/Neuter for this dog to the Breeder, the Breeder will have his name removed as co-owner for this dog with no further cost or payment.
This Puppy is sold under limited registration as defined by the American Kennel Club. This is identical to Full registration with the exception of litter registration privileges. No litters produced by the breeding of this dog will be accepted by the American Kennel Club. Accordingly, any breeding of this puppy/dog will result in an un-registerable litter and will be deemed a serious violation of this contact and dealt with as outlined below. Further, Purchaser agrees that should breeding occur with this puppy/dog, whether incidental or deliberate, ownership of this puppy/dog will be returned to the Breeder. Puppy/Dog will be returned to the Breeder the fastest way possible that will not endanger the life, welfare or well-being of the puppy/dog. All expenses incurred for the return of the puppy/dog as well as any expense that may be incurred by Breeder for medical treatment or maintenance will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Should Purchaser or any household member be charged with animal cruelty/abuse or any act that is contrary to humane and responsible treatment of animals, this puppy's ownership will revert to the Breeder. The same applies should any member of the house (renters induced) be found to engage in breeding companion animals for profit or as any form of commerce/brokering or other third part sales arrangements.
Purchaser is responsible for:
1) keeping this puppy/dog up to date on all immunizations; 2) annual ck. up by licensed veterinarians, 3) feeding a nutritionally stable canine diet; 4) provide whatever training necessary to ensure this puppy's stability.
Purchaser is responsible for update and pictured of this puppy/dog at least twice the first year and once a year thereafter.
This is a mutual agreement between Breeder and Purchaser. All Terms and conditions of this are binding and non-negotiable. Should the terms of this agreement be violated, whether incidentally or deliberately, Breeder will pursue her options as stated in the agreement to the fullest. Further should it become necessary to pursue legal action to fulfill terms of this agreement the purchaser will be held liable for all legal fees and court cost. This agreement is being executed in the state of resident of the Breeder County of Nevada, California.
Liquidation damages in the amount of $5,000.00 will be payable to the Breeder by the Purchaser in addition to the above costs and expenses.
By my signature I affirm that I have read, discussed and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement. Further, I agree to abide by the letter of the terms and conditions as well as the spirit of this agreement. I sign this agreement of my own free will and without duress.

Breeder will provide the purchaser with a copy of all testing results which they have on parents of puppy/dog. A photo of said puppy/dog will be taken - not more than 1 week prior to purchase; breeder and purchaser will sign the back of the photo and each will retain a copy of photo.
